How do I book a lesson?
Booking a lesson is easy. You can reach out to us via our website, WhatsApp, or email. To streamline the process, please share:
• The subject and topic you need help with
• Preferred date and time
• The type of support you’re looking for (e.g., explanation of concepts, exam prep, assignment assistance)
Once we have this info, we’ll assign the most suitable tutor and confirm your booking.
How much do lessons cost, and how long are they?
Lesson costs depend on the subject, academic level, and lesson length. We offer:

When do I need to make payment for a lesson?
Payment is required at least one hour before your scheduled lesson. However:
• First-time clients may pay after the lesson if they have concerns — we want you to feel comfortable before committing.
• If you book a package deal, full payment must be made upfront to qualify for the discount.
• Proof of payment must be shared with us immediately after payment is made.
If you’re ever dissatisfied with a lesson, we offer refunds or free replacement lessons with a better-suited tutor — no extra charge.
Can I change tutors if I’m not happy?
Yes, you can. If your tutor isn’t the right fit for you, we’ll assign someone new based on your feedback. If you weren’t happy with a session, you won’t be charged, and your next lesson will be completely free with another tutor of your choice.
Do you offer trial lessons?
Yes, we provide a discounted trial lesson so you can get a feel for our teaching approach and see if our service works for you before making a longer-term commitment.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?
We understand that life happens. If possible, let us know at least 24 hours in advance. But if you miss a lesson or forget to communicate, we’ll still give you the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost — especially if the lesson was paid for.
How quickly can I book a lesson?
We usually require 24 hours’ notice, but we can often accommodate last-minute bookings. Just send us the topic, preferred time, and any materials — we’ll check tutor availability and confirm as soon as possible.
What happens during a lesson?

When can I speak to the tutor?
Once your session is confirmed, we’ll send you the lesson link. Simply join the session at the scheduled time, and your tutor will be there to assist you directly.
