Examslayers Terms and Conditions Effective date: 12 April 2026

1. Agreement and scope These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Examslayers website, mobile applications, academic support tools, tutoring marketplace features, educational content, payment flows, communication tools, and related services. By creating an account, logging in, booking, paying, requesting support, or otherwise using Examslayers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and POPIA Notice.

2. Eligibility and authority You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating and using your account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent, guardian, or other legally authorised adult has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf and authorises your use of Examslayers. You may not use Examslayers if doing so would breach any applicable law, court order, school rule, or contractual obligation.

3. What Examslayers does Examslayers provides a technology platform that helps students discover learning support, connect with tutors or support providers, access study tools and educational resources, schedule services, and manage related academic interactions. Examslayers acts as a platform operator and facilitator. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Examslayers does not guarantee any academic outcome, grade improvement, admission result, exam performance, scholarship result, or employment outcome.

4. Account security and truthful use You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. You may not impersonate another person, share credentials improperly, create misleading identities, or use another person’s payment method or personal information without lawful authority. You must promptly notify Examslayers if you suspect unauthorised access, misuse, fraud, or a security issue affecting your account.

5. Acceptable use and academic integrity You may use Examslayers only for lawful educational purposes. You may not use Examslayers to cheat, plagiarise, submit another person’s work as your own, circumvent institutional integrity rules, sit exams on behalf of others, falsify records, harass users, transmit malware, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with platform availability. Examslayers may remove content, suspend access, cancel bookings, or report conduct where we reasonably believe use is dishonest, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful.

6. Booking, payments, cancellations, and refunds Fees, pricing, packages, credits, booking terms, and cancellation windows may be displayed in the app, on checkout, in a booking flow, or in support communications. A booking or payment may be declined, paused, refunded, rescheduled, or cancelled where there is pricing error, fraud suspicion, provider unavailability, operational failure, or breach of policy. Refund decisions may depend on the booking stage, provider allocation, payment settlement status, platform costs already incurred, and any expressly published refund terms. You remain responsible for any charges, disputes, chargebacks, or collection consequences that arise from invalid or unauthorised payment behaviour attributable to your account.

7. Tutors, providers, and third-party services Tutors and other providers available through Examslayers may be independent contractors or separately managed operators unless expressly stated otherwise. Examslayers may verify, rate, rank, or remove providers, but we do not warrant uninterrupted provider availability or suitability for every learner. We may use third-party services for payments, notifications, analytics, hosting, customer support, communications, document delivery, and operational workflows. Use of those components may be subject to additional third-party terms.

8. Content and intellectual property Examslayers and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, code, product design, trademarks, logos, copy, workflows, databases, interfaces, and non-user content. Educational materials made available through the platform may be owned by Examslayers, licensed to Examslayers, or owned by third parties. You may not copy, resell, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit protected content except as expressly permitted by law or written permission. By uploading or submitting content, feedback, or materials to Examslayers, you grant Examslayers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the platform. Session notes, worksheets, files, messages, revision packs, images, PDFs, text notes, and other resources shared after a booking are provided for limited in-app viewing by the intended learner and authorised Examslayers personnel only. You may not download, copy, redistribute, sell, publish, scrape, record, or reuse these resources outside Examslayers unless Examslayers gives written permission. Providers must upload only original materials or materials they have the legal right to share with Examslayers and learners. Providers may not upload pirated books, paid course packs, leaked papers, copyrighted publisher material, school materials they cannot licence, malware, executable content, or any resource that infringes another person’s rights. By uploading provider-created session notes or resources, the provider assigns to Examslayers all rights, title, and interest in those materials to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where an assignment is not legally effective, the provider grants Examslayers an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, store, scan, moderate, reproduce, adapt, display in-app, create derivative learning resources from, commercialise, and otherwise use those materials for Examslayers services, quality, safety, compliance, and future educational products. Examslayers may reject, remove, quarantine, scan, watermark, review, categorise, or restrict any uploaded resource for copyright, safety, quality, storage, operational, or legal reasons.

9. Communications and notices You consent to receive service, security, transactional, educational, legal, and support communications from Examslayers by email, in-app message, SMS, WhatsApp, or push notification where permitted. Marketing communication preferences can be managed where Examslayers offers an unsubscribe or preference mechanism, but service-critical notices may still be sent when necessary for platform operation, safety, or legal compliance.

10. Suspension, termination, and access controls Examslayers may suspend, limit, or terminate access immediately where we believe this is necessary to protect learners, providers, the business, platform integrity, or legal compliance. We may preserve records, logs, payment history, messages, policy acceptances, support records, and fraud indicators for audit, dispute resolution, legal, compliance, and security purposes after suspension or closure.

11. Warranties, disclaimers, and liability limits Examslayers is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, perfect matching, perfect content accuracy, or guaranteed results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Examslayers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, educational, or lost-opportunity damages arising from platform use, provider interactions, downtime, delays, third-party failures, or user misconduct. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you to Examslayers for the directly affected service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy, POPIA, and lawful use of personal information Your use of Examslayers is also governed by our Privacy Policy and POPIA Notice. You acknowledge that Examslayers may process personal information, education-related information, support records, device data, communication records, and transactional data as necessary to deliver and protect the platform.

13. Changes to these Terms Examslayers may issue updated versions of these Terms from time to time. Updated versions may require renewed acceptance before continued use. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where the law allows, and where we require explicit re-acceptance we may block access until it is completed.
